"Light rose in color with a shiny copper hue.  The floral aroma hints of a freshly cut wildflower field. The mouth is filled with fresh berries and a note of wild strawberries. There is a beautiful lightness about this Rose, with great balance between the ripe fruit and acidity and the fine tannins, as well as a natural and refreshing CO2 mousse retained from the cold, slow fermentation process. This dry wine  offers an elegant and refreshing  finish with great minerality. This is a classic Wolffer Rose."
